Are You Hungry?
We serve
meals made from the freshest of ingredients Wednesday through
Sunday of each week.
Our regular hours are Wednesday through
Sunday:
- Breakfast - 8 AM to 11 AM.
- Lunch - 11 AM to 3 PM.
- Breakfast is served all day on Sunday.
Our
irregular hours are whenever else the chef feels like cooking
(and he really likes to cook). You can get breakfast almost
any day when we have overnight guests. We are a bed and
breakfast and we have to heat up the grill anyway. If you are
a guest, we can feed you at night, so no need to worry, you
wont go to bed hungry. We reserve the right to fish in the
morning on days when we have no guests. All hours are subject
to change at the chef's whim.
Beginning
soon,
the Wortley Hotel dining room will be open Friday and Saturday nights. Fine New
Mexico wine and beer will be served with aged hand cut steaks and
blackboard specials. A small limited menu with changes weekly will keep your
taste buds excited. Reservations are suggested.
Vic Garrison, our master chef, has worked in the industry from coast to coast and has
fans of his food in many states.
His assistant chef, Jack
Rigney, is a longtime resident of Lincoln. He cooked Bob
Ollinger's last meal before he was shot.
As I have previously mentioned, Vic really likes
to cook, so give him a call if you need
a private party or event catered. He can cook almost anything.
